Step1Raw material
Inspection process of raw material is performed by mill certifIcate. Clause are chemical composition, visual and size.
Step2CAD & Nesting
Design with 3D Modeling & CAD. Edit process of CAD drawn, components are arranged suitable place on steel.
Step3Cutting
Cutting process is performed by various method depend on material and thickness with gas, plasma and etc..
Step4Pre machining
Minor process such as drilling, milling, tapping and bending process on cutted material.
Step5Pre fit up
Pre fit up process is performed by minor welding with 2 more materials after pre-process.
Step6Main fit up
In this process, shape of products is made.
Step7Welding
In welding process, materials are melted and adhered with welding material.
Step8Machining
To obtain precise dimension products is machined by various kind of machine. We use CAD&CAM to perform the required machining on the drawings.
Step9Paint
Coating material are painted on the surface of products to meet the customer demands.
Step10Assembly
In this process, assemble by completed parts.

Step11Packing, delivery
After the completed product is packed to be transport safely, it will be delivered to the customer.
